Executive Director, PS ARTS
Having enjoyed remarkable success and growth, P.S. ARTS is now
searching for a talented and experienced leader to guide the
organization’s progress into its next phase of development.
The Executive Director leads the PS ARTS staff to develop and
implement programs and plans in support of the PS ARTS vision and
mission; expanding and enhancing the PS ARTS profile among
foundations, schools, artists and the general public; and further
establishing an understanding of the organization’s role in providing
unique education services.
The Executive Director provides professional fundraising leadership by
overseeing the activities of the advancement team, led by the Director
of Marketing and Special Events and the Director of Major and Annual
Gifts , in coordinating continued development of a diverse base of
donors and contributors, enabling the organization to meet programming
and financial goals.
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and works
with the co-Chairs of the Board and committees to ensure open and
direct communication and understanding of the organization to all
stakeholders.

Special Events Assistant, P.S. ARTS
P.S.ARTS seeks an energetic and reliable Special Events Assistant to assist the events planning and implementation efforts of an arts education organization. The Special Events Assistant will support the Marketing Department and the Director of Marketing, who oversees all P.S. ARTS’ events. He/she will assist in the day-to-day special events operations including written and oral communications, events planning, budget and donation tracking, and volunteer support.
